This Morning Mindfulness Course is designed to help you build a mindfulness routine in 6 weeks.

How does the course work?


When suffering with anxiety it can feel overwhelming to add too many new things to your day. Feeling a lack of motivation and worrying about time and to-do lists can prevent you from trying mindfulness practices. However, there is a way to build new healthy habits into your life. This course is designed specifically for people who suffer from anxiety. Over the 6 weeks of this mindfulness course, you will learn 7 mindfulness practices.

You'll start the course by goal setting, habit tracking and daily planning. This is all to help hold yourself accountable throughout the course and into the future. Each week, a new mindfulness practice will be introduced. You will then have 7 days to incorporate it into your routine. This way of building mindfulness in your day will help you to learn healthy habits. Continuing the practices after the 6 weeks will make them habits for life.

Certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitator & Master Reiki Practitioner

I battled with my own mental health for most of my twenties. I experienced first-hand the toll that anxiety and chronic stress can have on the mind and body. It resulted in me making my mind and body very sick. Unable to set boundaries and say no, I needed to people please to feel loved. Shame ruled my life telling me that I was unworthy and a failure. I constantly felt drained and lacked confidence.

The pandemic made me realise I needed to prioritise my mental health. I experienced what psychologist Carl Jung describes as the 'dark night of the soul'. Depression and anxiety had won. I was in a very dark hole and it felt like there was no way out. Feeling completely broken I began to piece myself together. I started to set boundaries, learn to love myself and heal.

A morning mindfulness routine was a crucial part of my healing journey. Having been a people pleaser for such a long time it was refreshing to get up and prioritise myself. Learning new, healthy coping mechanisms through mindfulness practices made me more resilient. I felt more in control of my life as I learned how to calm my mind and body every day. The sense of pride, self-validation and accountability led me to feel more motivated and disciplined in all areas of my life. Even as an anxiety specialist, I still practice a mindfulness routine every day. The self-loving act of being mindful continues to help me be the best version of myself.
